I just wanted to thank you for all your help in arranging my mortgage.

I didn't have any great expectations when I set out to try to get a mortgage a few months ago, and was very wary after some of the horror storied I'd read about the intermediaries in this market.

Of the 6 companies I approached after a web search most made promises, one asked me for a forged P60, and one sent me on a costly goose chase. You were the only ones who were honest from the start about the difficulty of my situation in the present market, and the only ones who came through with a reasonable offer. I was impressed throughout by the professionalism and constant attention.

We have good news, Ramon has negotiated with Cajamar head office and they will grant us a mortgage. We have not signed anything yet, on the advice of Ramon, he is very thorough.

I got home late last night Ravena and have just received confirmation from the lawyer that completion was achieved yesterday. I would like to thank you for all your efforts.

In this presently difficult financial climate it has been invaluable having someone work on my behalf. As you can appreciate, it is not easy conducting business in a foreign country and having a friend only an e-mail or phone call away has been excellent.

Again many thanks. I wish you all the best and will certainly recommend you to anyone contemplating property purchase in Spain.
